Hair Care Tips for Colder Weather

Greetings,

I hope that this new change of season is treating you well. I always love to share a little monthly newsletter to keep my clients up-to-date on what's going on in and around the salon, along with some hair care tips for the changing season.

**Hair Care Tips for Colder Weather:**

As the weather gets colder and we turn up the heat, remember that this can make your hair color fade faster. Rinse with cooler water and use heat protection when styling.

- *Amika Wizard* is wonderful for heat protection.

- *K18* is my favorite leave-in moisture or leave-in oil.

- *Cult & King* offers a fantastic range of hair products.

**Combat Dry Hair:**

Just as your skin starts to dry out, so does your scalp and hair. Adding moisture and using deep conditioning can be a game-changer for dry winter hair.

**Discover New Wash:**

I've been on a quest for the perfect shampoo lately, and I've found *New Wash*. It's a co-shampoo, a non-detergent wash that feels like conditioner. It cleanses your scalp without drying it out. Training your hair can be tough initially, but it's worth it. Get a free sample today to see the difference!

**Boutique & Unique Gifts:**

This holiday season, let's focus on togetherness and supporting local businesses. I've curated a boutique right here at the salon with gifts from local artisans, including some of my artwork and lightly used clothing.

I also have gift certificates available. Buy a $100 gift certificate and receive $25 free!

**Essential Oils for Wellness:**

With cold and flu season, as well as ongoing concerns about COVID, it's essential to stay healthy. Consider using essential oils in your home to prevent the spread of germs and promote a healthy immune system. It's something I use daily, and I hope you find it beneficial too.

**Upcoming Art Classes:**

In December, we have some exciting art classes at the salon. You can sign up online using the link below for classes like Christmas wreath-making and ornament crafting. There will be more classes in January and February as well.

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. Even if you no longer come to the salon, I wish you happiness and health in the upcoming year.

Sending you warm wishes.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Krawiec
